Seniors who may not be eating properly on their own may want to take advantage of the Golden Circle lunches at the Colorado Springs Senior Center, 1514 N. Hancock St. A healthful lunch is served at the center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. weekdays. Cost is just $2 per person age 60 and older. Younger guests may dine for $6.50. Reservations are required so they know how much food too prepare. Call 387-6758 by 2 p.m. the day before you come. The menu is posted every month ONLINE. A typical day might include ham, yams, broccoli, a roll, pears, a cookie and skim milk. Good, and good for you.
