Get Your ‘Silver Sneakers’ On — Working Out May Be Free!

POSTED BY
Linda

If you haven’t checked, see if your health insurance plan offers the ‘Silver Sneakers’ program. Seniors can get all or some of their monthly gym fees paid by the option, and a number of local gyms participate in the program. They’ll also give you a membership card good at 11,000 fitness centers worldwide. Check it out through your health insurance (Kaiser Permanente is one that offers it in Colorado) or ask about it at your gym or fitness center. You might get your membership for FREE! Go ONLINE to see more information about this healtful program.
